The Objective of the Study

Our client, Buyer Persona Institute, a leading global consulting company, was trying to understand the cloud-based communication platforms that could allow the advancement and integration of new cloud competencies. The sample size is segmented into two different parameters, Group1 – AEC – Qualified experts should be from small, medium, large firms and should only serve commercial and public/infrastructure markets, Group2 – Owners - Qualified experts should be from Education, Financial Services/Insurance, Healthcare, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Government, Retail, Telecommunications, Transportation, Utilities (Electric, Water, Gas, etc.)

Key Screening Points

The key screening criteria to be able to identify the experts should fall under the following criteria:

  • The expert should have participated in the evaluation of a technology solution to enable collaborative creation and review of design or engineering models for new physical infrastructure (buildings or facilities) (Owners).

  • The expert should have routinely work with third-party architects, engineers, and general contractors to manage building projects for your company. (Owners)

  • The expert should have routine involvement in decisions related to planning or managing your organization’s buildings or other physical infrastructure.

  • The expert should personally participate in demos with this design and engineering collaboration solution providers. (AEC)


Key Discussion Points

  • Expert must have evaluated at least one solution from the list. To exemplify: Autodesk, Asite, Bently ProjectWise, Graphisoft BIMx, Newforma, Nemetschek BlueBeam Revu, Oracle Acconex, Procore, Revizto, Trimble Quadri, and Zutec.
  • The evaluation should be performed within the last 12 months.
